Research has shown that focusing on your breath can have huge positive impacts on your physical and mental well being.  Today I talk about breathing in general and as it relates to exercise, and then lastly, Coach Sokol explains some more advanced breathing techniques.

By learning more about myself I came to realize that I automatically assumed that anyone I met was not going to like me unless I proved myself to them. This caused some heavy anxiety and a lot of extra unnecessary work.

Take the time to figure yourself out. I guarantee it will help you remove barriers and limits.
