Coaching Services:
30 Minute Coaching Call ($55) - This is a one time call where we take a deep dive into your overall fitness, nutrition, and wellness. Once you sign up for the call, you'll book a time on my calendar and I'll send you a questionnaire to fill out so that I can get a big picture overview of your life, your goals, and how you operate. During this phone call I'll give you direct specific advice, help you step into your power, and answer any questions you might have. I'll also be available for follow up questions via email or text.
Individualized Coaching ($222/month) - This includes a combination of fitness, nutrition, and wellness coaching specific to your individual goals and can change over time. My intention is to educate and empower you so that you don't need my coaching long term. We'll start with a 3 month commitment and then your membership will be month to month from there with the ability to cancel at any time.
How it works:
1) When you sign up, you'll fill out a detailed questionnaire so I can get know know more about you, your goals, and how you operate.
2) I'll create a plan of action for you and give you access to my coaching app (TrueCoach). You'll use this app to view your assigned daily or weekly action steps and exercise plan.
3) We'll have a phone or video call so that I can explain everything in detail and answer any questions you might have.
4) You'll follow through with your daily/weekly action steps and track them in the app.
5) We will have weekly and monthly check ins for support, accountability, and to celebrate your success! We'll track your progress and make adjustments along the way.
6) Eventually you'll be kicking ass and taking names and you won't need my on-going coaching anymore.
