[Foodie Friday] Coach Tiff's Protein Packed Burrito

Directions:
1) Cook quinoa according to directions on package.
2) Grill ground beef, chicken, turkey, or tofu.
3) Add taco seasoning or seasoning of your choice.
4) Add black beans and cook for 5-7 more minutes.
5) Chop up your favorite veggies.
I chose spinach, onions, tomato, and avocado
6) Warm up your favorite tortilla.
(Or skip this and just use a bowl).
7) Sauce it up. I use Ortega taco sauce or Trader Joe's Green Dragon Sauce.
8) Build your masterpiece.
