6 Week Online Group Kettlebell/Dumbbell Program - January 30 to March 12 -
Let's Build (or re-build) a Solid Foundation of Strength and Movement! It’s time for your Comeback! Do you have some experience with basic kettlebell and dumbbell movements and enjoy training on your own? Maybe you’ve been staying active but haven’t had a specific goal with your training… OR maybe you haven’t been as active lately but you’re ready to get moving again. Build is for you! No need to wing it on your own. This “done for you” training plan is fun, well rounded, and designed to help you BUILD a solid foundation along with the support and accountability of an expert coach. When you sign up, you’ll gain access to the program via the True Coach app where you’ll see instructions and videos to explain each training session. Here you will keep track of your results so you can see your progress from week to week. You’ll also have access to Coach Tiff through True Coach messaging for support and weekly check ins for encouragement and accountability. The Breakdown: This program includes 4 training sessions and 2 active recovery sessions, per week. Each week will Build on the previous one. At the end of each week you’ll check in with Coach Tiff. Don’t have time for all 6 sessions? No problem! You can work with Tiff to determine which of the 6 sessions would be best for you to tackle each week. The Results You’re Going to Get:

12 Week Online Individual Barbell Program
- Ongoing - Let's Make Some Serious Gains! Iron sharpens Iron. Do you enjoy training the Big Lifts but don't necessarily have a plan of action for how to find your baseline, make big gains, and then test your max? You have come to the right place. Coach Tiff has competed in Powerlifting and is a master at creating successful barbell programming. Save yourself the time and effort of sweating the small stuff and let Tiff coach you along the way. When you sign up, you’ll gain access to the program via the True Coach app where you’ll see instructions and videos to explain each training session. Here you will keep track of your results so you can see your progress from week to week. You’ll also have access to Coach Tiff through True Coach messaging for support and weekly check ins for encouragement and accountability. The Breakdown: This program includes 3-4 training sessions and 1-2 active recovery sessions, per week. There are 4 phases and each one is 3 weeks long.
